Before we travel somewhere, we always take a deep look into the restaurants, as I've mentioned before. Just not to be disappointed and ending up at some touristic, horrible place where the food says nothing in your mouth. We're always open for suggestions during our stay, but It's good to have made some research when half of the joy for us, is thorugh finding memorable places around the world to eat and drink.
We had heard about this three star Michelin gourmet restaurant, Enoteca Pinchiorri, and went there, but the feeling was not at all the one we're looking for. So the one to be recommended for being superb, is by far the place that we got through a friends parents, who are well known traveller and appreciators of food - Cibréo, where the chief is no less then Fabio Picchi who was there to welcome the guests. And it was fantastic! No manu, you had a personal food explainer coming to your table, explaining the menu bit by bit and it was dove, wild boar, meat, fish - all made in a spectacular way, very creative, with excellent beverage and a impressive wine sommelier. We eat, analysed the tastes and was very stunned by the compositions, some never tasted before. Like this marvellous pig on the ninth photography, served with a fruit tartar. You have to be ready for something different and unique when coming here, else you will find it too much.
They have a cafe also, so don't mistake the cafe for the restaurant, they are located in two different places!
